The recipe makes this Marzipan super easy to work with, and perfect for modelling edible figures and toppers.

Made from the finest almonds and sugar, not only will this Marzipan look great on your cake, it also tastes delicious. 

This marzipan can be used as an initial layer before icing your cake with sugar paste or royal icing to get that professional finish, or alternatively just the top layer for a tasty finishing touch.

It can be coloured using dusts, gel paste colourings and edible paints.
