HOW TO ORDERl
Ordering an edible print couldn’t be easier! Simply follow these steps to order yours now:
1. Add the correct sized product to your basket (if you would like a different size printing please select the nearest sized sheet)
2. Once you are happy with the items in your basket, visit the checkout (this is located at the top right of the website) and complete the process.
3. Email your image, order number and any special instructions for your order (ie sizes, wording etc), to [email protected]
Want you favourite image made into an edible icing sheet ready to apply to your own delicious cake? When you have provided us with your image we will transfer it onto edible icing sheets and mail back to you in a protected container. The sheet is then ready to be placed onto your iced cake. This is the easiest and simplest way to get a professional and fun cake that will really make an impact. 7.5 by 7.5 inches or 19cm by 19cm. Please note we do not charge additional if you have put the writing on yourself, only if we add writing for you.

We will print this to your specifications within 24 hours of receiving the image, and delivery can take 1-2 working days.

Whilst we endeavour to faithfully reproduce the image resolution and colour that you send us, we take no responsibility if the image is a slightly different colour from that which you send us. We are printing with edible ink onto an edible surface, and these variables result in The Cake Decorating Company giving no guarantee of the end image colour/resolution.

Please be aware that orders including a bespoke edible image or transfer can sometimes take up to 24 hours to dispatch after receiving the image.
PLEASE NOTE: If your image is sent over as a Word file, there may be slight print differences when printed. Ideal file types include .jpg, .png, .pdf or a Microsoft Publisher file.
How to attach the icing sheet to your cake:
1. Lightly brush your sugarpaste with water or a little edible glue.
2. Remove the icing sheet or toppers from the plastic backing sheet and lay it over the sugarpaste, pressing down gently to ensure it sticks.
3. DO NOT place the icing sheet directly onto chocolate or buttercream as it may leave marks. First back your icing sheet with a layer of sugarpaste and then attach that to the chocolate/buttercream.
