Our new A4 edible cing sheets have a printable area of 20.5cm (width) x 28cm (height) and come with an easy-peel backing sheet to remove and apply to your cake quicker than ever. Once printed these sheets are best left to dry for a few minutes in a cool and dry place to let the ink settle in.
These sheets are slightly thicker but flexible nonetheless and provide a high-quality finish.
How to attach the icing sheet to your cake:
1. Lightly brush your sugarpaste with water or a little edible glue.
2. Remove the icing sheet or toppers from the plastic backing sheet and lay it over the sugarpaste, pressing down gently to ensure it sticks.
3. DO NOT place the icing sheet directly onto chocolate or buttercream as it may leave marks. First back your icing sheet with a layer of sugarpaste and then attach that to the chocolate/buttercream.
