With this colour collection, you have all the essential shades imaginable, perfect for various effects. Red, Yellow, Blue & Green create a whole spectrum of colours, whereas the Extra White can brighten off-white icing and really make it shine. Or, for more dramatic decorations and icings, why not add a touch of Midnight Black?

These colours are highly concentrated, and therefore a vibrant colour can be achieved without changing the consistency of your icing!

Can be used with sugarpaste, fondant, buttercream, modelling paste, marzipan and more.

Please note: For every kg of icing, you should not use more than 3g of paste colour.

Instructions:
1. Use the tip of a knife, or cocktail stick, to add the colour paste to your icing.
2. Mix with a spatula or  knead by hand to blend the colour into the icing.
3. Make sure the colour is evenly and thoroughly blended.
4. Gradually add more colour and blend to achieve the shade you require.
