Saracino Pasta Scultura White Sculpting Paste 1kg

Specially designed for cake sculptures, this chocolate modelling paste from Saracino is the perfect product for cake artists and decorators. It’s flexible and elastic without the risk of tearing or splitting. 

Pasta Scultura is formulated to provide a flawless and smooth finish for easy modelling and decorating. It dries firm to allow the sculpting of even the most detailed and intricate sculptures and figures.

Although this paste dries firm, it can still be cut and even reworked by applying gentle heat – a life-saver if slight corrections or alterations are required.

The paste can be firm, to begin with, but soon loosens up after handling and warming through. If required, it can be put in the microwave for around 10 seconds to soften. 

Pasta Scultura can be coloured with any edible gel colours, although chocolate food colours work best. 

Comes in a resealable pot for leftover paste and can be stored for future projects.
