Airbrushing cakes has become absolutely essential; saving you time covering large areas of sugarpaste, creating your own freehand designs, using it for stencil work and much, much more!

Using edible airbrush paints, you can mix them to spray your fondant whatever colour you desire as well as adding shading and other artistic techniques to bring a whole new dimension to your cakes.

If you are new to airbrushing, we would recommend trying on a piece of scrap paper to begin with and once you are confident, you will be creating airbrushed masterpieces in no time!

The PME Airbrush comes with a 7cc gravity fed airbrush pen. The great thing about this is that the paint cup size is much larger than conventional airbrush pens, meaning you don’t have to refill as often.

It is also a single action airbrush which keeps things nice an simple. The air will constantly flow through your pen and it is just a case of pulling back the trigger to release the paint.

The PME Airbrush is great for stencilling work onto tops and tiers of cakes. Just attach your stencil to the cake, spray over and remove the stencil, leaving behind a perfectly airbrushed, edible design.
