LorAnn food flavourings are extremely high strength so it is likely that you will only need a few drops to get the level of flavour that you require. This makes them great value for money as a little goes such a long way!

For example, when substituting these flavours for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract.

Lorann Oils can be used to flavour almost anything including, hard candy, Isomalt, cakes, cookies, buttercream, sugarpaste, ice-cream, royal icing and more!

The LorAnn oils come in resealable bottles that can be used again at a later date.

To save you measuring out your flavouring every time, LorAnn oil droppers are also available to fit the bottles.
