FunCakes Ruby Chocolate Melts 250g

Create your own chocolate decorations, glazes, drizzles and drips on your cakes with delicious ruby chocolate melts from FunCakes.

These ruby chocolate melts are made from real Belgian chocolate, giving you a deliciously smooth and rich taste. 

Perfect for making your own bonbons, chocolate decorations and glazes, or dipping fruit and cake pops. 

Contains a minimum of 48% cocoa solids. 

FunCakes chocolate melts can be melted in a microwave or au bain-marie. 

Microwave instructions: 

• Pour the chocolate melts into a microwave-safe bowl. 
• Melt at maximum power (800W) in the microwave. To evenly spread the temperature, remove the bowl from the microwave every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Repeat this approx. 4-6 times and stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small bits of chocolate may still be visible). 
• Keep stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. The chocolate is ready to use when it’s nicely fluid. 

Due to different temperatures, the melts may melt in transit. They still can be used but may not arrive in their original shape. Follow the regular instructions on the package to process the melts.
