RECIPE

• Cake Mix 1000g
• Water (1) 400g
• Vegetable Oil 100g
• Water (2) 175g

METHOD

• Add cake mix to the bowl
• Add water (1) and vegetable oil over 1 minute on slow speed.
• Mix for 4 minutes on medium speed
• Scrape down
• Add water (2) and mix for 2 minutes slow speed
• Scale into a lined tin
• Bake at 170 for 40-45 minutes in a deck oven
