With this high strength flavouring you can make delicious boozy flavoured treats that are ideal for parties and other special occasions.

The Beau concentrated flavourings can be used in a wide variety of treats including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, ice cream, butter cream, sugarpaste/fondant, royal icing, cake batter, chocolate and much more besides.

As the flavourings are very strong we recommend only adding a little to your mixture and then increase in small amounts until you get the intensity of flavour you would like. Try starting with ¼ of a teaspoon and add a little more if required.
